1 Introduction

6 Gameplay Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd444 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bd444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to the wellbeing of the player.

9.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by bd444 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Where closure is the result of a breach of these Terms, bd444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to void that balance in its entirety.
